placing your order, a place is provided for you to leave comments.
If you have purchased five or more scrub caps, simply write in the style and item number
for your free scrub cap. DO NOT ADD YOUR FREE SCRUB CAP TO THE SHOPPING
CART OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR IT. * This special only applies to those
purchasing five or more items in a single purchase.
* Only one free scrubcap
allowed per order, regardless of the number of caps purchased.
* If you order 5 or more tie caps, you
are entitled to a free tie cap. If you order order 5 or more bouffants, or a
mixture of 5 or more bouffants and tie caps, you are entitled to a free tie cap
or bouffant.
Step-By-Step Instructions

Add the 5 or more scrub caps you wish to
purchase to your shopping cart. You can either press the continue shopping
button to continue shopping, or press the checkout button to process your order.
Remember, do not add your free scrub cap to your shopping cart or you will be
charged for it.

When you press the checkout button, you will be taken to a login screen. If you
already have a PayPal account, simply enter the email address and password you
have registered with PayPal to precede. If you do not have a PayPal account,
click the "never paid through PayPal" button to open your FREE PayPal account.

Lastly, you will see the details of your order, including the items you are
purchasing, the source of funds for your payment, and your preferred shipping
location. In the "Optional Instructions" box, enter anything else you would like
us to know. This is also where you enter the style and item number for your FREE
scrub cap. When finished, simply press the "Pay" button to complete your
